What is an Avatar?
An avatar is an icon or image that represents a computer user. An avatar can be a cartoon-style graphic or a photograph or screen name. Using a cartoon-style graphic can help your friends to identify you and let you share something about yourself without giving away your full identity.
This week, you are asked to use one of the avatar creation websites to create a graphic to represent yourself online. Remember that your avatar represents you, and it should reflect the values of our school, as well as the positive message your want to say about yourself.
1. Create an avatar to represent yourself
2. Save your (square) image to your camera roll (or take a screen shot and crop it as a square)
3. Change your Google avatar from your initial to your new avatar
